Embodying Resilience - a monthly drop in movement class

For those impacted by birth or postpartum trauma
Join us for a gentle, monthly drop-in Zoom class created for anyone whose transition from pregnancy, through birth, and into the postpartum period was shaped by a traumatic experience.
This space is intentionally designed to be supportive, consent-based, and “safe-enough”, honouring the reality that healing and wellness is non-linear and deeply personal.
In this class, you will be invited to:
Gently reconnect with your body while rebuilding a sense of self-agency
Explore mindful, trauma-aware movement at your own pace
Work with practices that support nervous system regulation, rest, and grounding
Expand inner resources for resilience, self-soothing, and embodied safety
This class is especially supportive for individuals navigating:
Anxiety related to pregnancy, birth, or postpartum experiences
Post-traumatic stress or heightened nervous system responses
A desire to move, breathe, and reconnect without judgement, pressure or performance
You must register for each class at least 24 hrs in advance to receive the zoom link. The zoom link will be emailed by 5pm on the day of the class.
No prior experience is needed. You are always welcome to participate in ways that feel right for you—movement is optional, rest is encouraged, and choice is central.
